New Online Reservations

We are excited to bring you some great news. Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) will now be able to make reservations online, directly through your Owners' website!

You'll be able to make your reservation 360 days in advance or less – all the normal reservation guidelines still apply. This will be more convenient for you since this new online reservation system will be available to you seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

It’s easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

FEATURED RESORT IMPROVEMENTS

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

Concrete in the 6100 Building breezeway has been patched and painted to keep our breezeway free from wear and tear.
All exterior sidewalks were power washed to keep our resort looking fresh and clean.
The small outdoor pool is now heated to provide a more comfortable swim during the cooler months.

Waterside

We’ve replaced the Lagoon Bridge deck boards to ensure your safety.
Building 5100 bike closets are now equipped with Onity locks to ensure all items are properly stored safely.
The HVAC has been replaced in the 5655 and 5644 villas.
A new water heater has been installed in the 5321 villa.

Egret Point

We painted the stairwell and living room of the 4214 villa.
The popcorn ceiling was removed and the ceiling repainted in the kitchen, living room and stairwell of the 4210, 4214 and 5434 villas.
The water heater in the 4426 villa was replaced to keep it up to date.
Window screen replacements were completed throughout the property to remove any wear and tear.
The front steps of the 4427 and 4535 villas were painted to give them a fresh and clean look.

Southwind

We’ve replaced water heaters in the 3321 and 3323 villas to keep them up to date.
Repairs were made to the stairwell ceiling in the 3319 villa.
Sentricon termite bait stations were installed surrounding the property perimeter as a preventative measure.

The Cottages

We’ve added a new grilling station at the Building 49-54 cul-de-sac for your convenience.
Water heaters in the 130, 134 and 156 villas were replaced to keep the units up to date and remove any wear and tear.
The front stairs were stained in the 156 villa to ensure our property is fresh and clean.
The front stairs were replaced in the 156 villa to ensure they are safe and up to date.
The back stairs and handrails of the 152 villa were replaced to ensure they are safe and up to date.

Enjoy outdoor grilling at our new grilling located in the Building 49-54 cul-de-sac.

Carolina Club

The spa heater has been replaced to keep our spa up to date.
A new shower has been installed in the twin bedroom of the 542 villa to keep the shower up to date.
The AC unit in the 228 villa has been replaced.
We’ve replaced the shower / tub with a new one in the master bathroom in villa 436 to ensure the bathroom is up to date.
We’ve repainted the back doors in the 45, 46,47, 53, 124 and 159 villas to keep the doors looking fresh and clean.
We’ve replaced subfloor and installed new tile in the entry and kitchen of the 53 villa to remove any wear and tear and keep the floors up to date.

Spinnaker Naturalist

Get your morning started with some coffee and conversation with Deb, our in-house Kayak Guide and Lowcountry Master Naturalist. Learn about the unique and important ecosystem of our saltmarsh with a little bit of history, creating an engaging and educational experience to accompany your coffee. Monday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Building Near Lazy River Pool.

Mimosas & Activities Orientation

Enjoy a Mimosa as you learn about fantastic destinations, dining choices, and activities you may want to participate in on your vacation during this short, educational orientation, making your morning informative and delightful. Monday 11:00 a.m. at the Area Outside Lazy River Pool.

Compete in our exciting Cornhole Tournament every Monday at 1:00 p.m. right next to Sandy Scoops. Bring your A-game as you aim for the target and enjoy the lively atmosphere of friendly competition. It's the perfect way to spend your Monday afternoons with fun, laughter, and some fantastic cornhole action!

Live Music Poolside

Wrap up your stay with a memorable evening at the Recreation Pavilion. Delight in live music, soak up the sun, and savor the last moments of fun before you bid us farewell. Friday 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Recreation Pavilion on the Main Pool Deck.
