WINTER 2022 SPINNAKER UPDATE |

Dear Branson Spinnaker Resort Owners,
As winter begins, Branson is in its full glory with crisp, cool air and holiday lights around every corner. Hundreds of magnificent Christmas trees and light displays throughout Branson make the season bright.
As we move into the new year, there is much to do and see in Branson. You can take a Pink Jeep tour around the Ozarks with a view and feel of the winter wonderland that Branson becomes during the winter months. A hot cup of chocolate is a perfect treat before you head out for some shopping, a musical performance, or one of our many indoor and outdoor activities. We have enjoyed seeing the many Spinnaker Owners who have come to Branson this year to experience the beautiful seasons, fun activities, and live shows.

Enjoy the light parades and festivals at Silver Dollar City this year. Known for its 6.5 million holiday lights and holiday shows, Silver Dollar City makes Branson an ideal place to visit during the holiday season. The magic of the season is everywhere. Make sure you try the Christmas dinner, treats and cookies found throughout the city. |

Owner Services Has Been Implementing Steps to Take Your Ownership to The Next Level |
|
When you’re ready for a vacation with Spinnaker, the Owner Services Department is here to guide you, our Owners, through the process by finding the appropriate location, time and villa for you, your family, and your friends.
“We are similar to vacation counselors,” said John Cabaniss, Director of Corporate Customer Relations, “Our goal is to help you plan the best vacation possible.”
The Owner Services Department has worked hard the last few years to enhance the Owner Experience. We have increased the number of positions hoping to expedite many of the daily inquires and requests received. We hired an experienced Quality Assurance & Training Supervisor to provide staff with regular coaching and the tools needed to provide the best service possible.
We also implemented a new phone system which provides real time service level insights and utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) functionality to provide satisfaction rates on all phone call interactions. Another exciting announcement is that a new division of Owner Services has been established in the last few months called the New Ownership Welcome (NOW) Team.
The representatives on this team are specialists in their roles and their primary responsibilities will be interacting with Owners who recently joined the Spinnaker Family or modified their ownership benefits in some manner to provide an extra level of care. They will walk you through all aspects of your new ownership. The team members will answer questions and help you start enjoying vacations as soon as possible by setting up your first trip with Spinnaker.
The Owner Services Department is always working to improve your Ownership. We look forward to working with you as you plan your next Spinnaker vacation. |
