Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival
From March 23rd through 29th, 2025, join the fun at the Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival. The festival is a week-long celebration of fine wines, local cuisine, and the island’s exquisite culinary scene. This iconic event, celebrating its 40th year, will feature the best of the region’s food and drink, offering a memorable experience in perfect spring weather.
Valentine’s Music and Taste on the Harbour
Enjoy a romantic evening on Friday, February 14th, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. for a Sweetheart Happy Hour Cruise on the Calibogue Sound. Set sail from The Salty Dog and enjoy a two-hour cruise with stunning Lowcountry views. Indulge in a complimentary crudité platter, sunset chocolate-covered strawberries, and a champagne toast. A full bar and galley kitchen will also be available for food and drink purchases.

New Online Reservations
Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) can now make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you will have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.
It is easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation. Be sure you are current on your fees (click here).

To make sure you have a fulfilling and enjoyable vacation, it's important to plan your trip ahead of time. By doing so, you can maximize your experience and make the most out of your stay. This directory provides a detailed and extensive list of attractions and activities available in the area where you will be staying. It serves as a valuable resource to help you organize your itinerary and discover exciting opportunities during your vacation. While on vacation, please look for QR codes on Key Card holders issued upon arrival. In addition, all Hilton Head Island resort villas display QR code signage to provide you ease of access to your villa directory. Please look for these conveniently positioned QR code signs within your resort villa.

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.
Bluewater Resort and Marina
- We have completed the installation of new hot water heaters in all villas ensuring your appliances are up to date and working properly.
- All HVAC systems have been updated and replaced to maintain comfort during both summer and winter.
- Furniture upgrades in Building 6100 are complete, featuring new coffee tables, dining tables with chairs, bar stools, and entertainment centers in the living areas.
Waterside
- Our focus has been to keep the property in superb condition through careful maintenance and upkeep, while also preparing for future improvements and projects to enhance your experience even more.

Egret Point
- The Egret Point Pool and Spa have undergone resurfacing and renovations, including the installation of new waterline tiles. These enhancements not only improve the look but also increase the durability of the facilities, offering you a rejuvenated and more pleasant area for relaxation and leisure.

Southwind
- The Pool and Spa have been resurfaced with new waterline tile added and renovated to improve the durability and functionality of the facilities.
- We have repaired and replaced the gutters in Building 4400, which improves the overall efficiency of your drainage system.

The Cottages
- A picnic area and platform have been set up, offering a space for relaxation and activities. In addition, a newly poured sidewalk has been laid out, providing a smooth and accessible pathway for visitors. To enhance the area further, lighting has been installed, ensuring the space is well-lit and inviting during the evening hours. All these improvements have been made specifically for the 41-54 cul-de-sac grill area, creating an upgraded and welcoming environment for gatherings and leisure.

To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide four ways to do so:

- Complete a Reservation Request Form on your Owners’ Website.

- Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Earn Spinnaker Rewards and save money or travel more! Owners have many ways to earn and redeem rewards.
