As many of you are aware, the Royal Floridian Resort and Royal Floridian South were recently situated in the projected path of Hurricane Idalia. For those of you with fall vacations on the horizon, our region is brimming with exciting events. The 5th Annual Ormond Beach Live Original Music and Art Festival will grace The Casements, just a short stroll from the resort. As always, the eagerly anticipated Biketoberfest will roll into town this October, drawing in bikers from all corners. Furthermore, November brings the Barberville Fall Jamboree at the Barberville Pioneer Settlement. We eagerly anticipate the pleasure of your company at these festivities!

This is also the time of year when we conduct our Board of Director elections. Please keep a close eye on your emails for candidate profiles and guidelines on how to cast your vote online. These voluntary positions are held by Owners, much like yourselves, who work diligently to represent your interests in both operational and financial decisions. Royal Floridian Resort Owners will additionally have the opportunity to vote on amending the current smoking policy. Your vote matters—make it count!

2. Riverwalk Park Food Truck Fest

 

Enjoy a variety of food trucks, meet local businesses, and shop with vendors. Kids can enjoy the fun playground and splash pad. Festival takes place November 18th from noon-6pm.

3. Biketoberfest


It's all about the ride! Join us this fall in Daytona Beach as we celebrate a full-throttle lifestyle born on two wheels. Thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts come together each year to enjoy beautiful Florida weather, live music, motorcycle racing at Daytona International Speedway, and miles of scenic rides along the famous A1A, historic Main Street and the scenic Loop. Come experience this 4-day motorcycle rally featuring motorcycle shows, custom bike builds and hundreds of the industry’s top vendors throughout the Daytona Beach area. All roads lead to this rally. Biketoberfest is from October 19th-22nd, 2023.

4. First Saturday Art Walk

Join us every first Saturday of the month from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Granada Blvd in Ormond Beach to celebrate art and culture. Explore local and international artists' work at art galleries, including the Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Garden, and enjoy light refreshments, drinks, and live music. This free event is accessible by foot, car, or free shuttle.

5. Fall Wine & Chocolate Walk - Historic Downtown Daytona Beach

 

Spend a delightful fall afternoon in downtown Daytona on Saturday October 14, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Experience the Fall Wine & Chocolate Walk as you sip, savor, and explore Riverfront Esplanade Park on Beach Street. It's the perfect way to enjoy the charm of historic Downtown Daytona Beach with friends and family.

  • Freshly laid mulch to maintain our beautiful landscaping
  • Completed repairs on pool deck pavers near the beach gate for safety and convenience
