Welcome back Branson Owners!
The Ozarks are calling. Summer has arrived early in Branson, and we are thrilled to see you out and about.
The staff is doing their best to make your Home Away from Home as comfortable as possible. We hope to see you at our resorts enjoying the activities, asking about the latest shows, and relaxing at the hot tubs or pools.
This summer we hope you will join us and participate in our #SpinnakerShuffle contest for some cool summer fun. You will find more details later in this newsletter. Keep an eye on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to see our staff and guests having fun with it.
If you have not already vacationed or made your reservations, now is a great time to make your plans for a visit to Branson in the fall. Fall weather is typically fantastic and a great time to visit the Ozarks.

Did you know there is an attraction that brings pop-culture fans and vehicles together? For those who loved the Fast and the Furious, Knight Rider or Back to the Future you are in for a treat! Visit the Celebrity Car Museum. You can see more than 100 cars of Hollywood's biggest movies and television series. The Celebrity Car Museum is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are $17.95 for adults, $12.95 for teens 14 to 17, $7.95 for kids ages five to 13 and $15.95 for seniors age 55 and older. Don't miss it!

Let your imagination roam free at the Celebrity Car Museum

We missed the 4th of July celebrations last year but this year Branson will have an abundance of firework displays for the holiday. Table Rock Lake invites you to celebrate Independence Day at the lake with a show on July 3rd. Branson Landing will host their 14th Annual Liberty Light Up Concert and Fireworks show on July 3rd. The annual Hollister Fireworks show will take place on July 4th. Rockaway Beach will host their "Rockin' 4th of July" event on July 4th. We encourage you to check the latest information on the attractions website in the event any of these plans change. Happy 4th of July!

New - Digital Villa Directory
As you know, prior to re-opening our resorts for your enjoyment (last year) our teams reimagined many aspects of our operations to ensure your safety during Covid-19. One of the precautions was to remove many of our in-villa items including the ever-so-resourceful Villa Directory. We know many of you find the directory invaluable as your resource for villa and resort information as well as local area information. We didn't want you to go without this guide so we have created a digital Villa Directory. The digital format will also allow us to continually improve, readily update and expand the information we can provide to you for your stays. In a nutshell you'll have better, more current information.
You'll get access to it in your reservation confirmation letters when you check-in for your vacation as well as on your Owners' website. Simply click the link on the Owner's site or scan the QR code in your Villa and then you'll be able to select your resort from the list to view your desired information.

If you haven't visited us during the winter and spring, you be will happy to see the changes made at Palace View, Palace View Heights, and French Quarter Resorts.
Palace View Heights
- New LED lights installed in the pool for brighter evening enjoyment
- Barbeque grills have been refinished to look like new (re-sanded and repainted)
- Housekeeping winter deep cleans were completed
- Maintenance winter repairs punch list completed

- Thermometers have been added to all water heaters
- 120-gallon water heater replaced in Building 500
- Pools and pool decks have been painted
- Housekeeping winter deep cleans were completed

Palace View Resort
- Guest laundry received new AC/Heat unit
- Lights were upgraded to LED in clubhouse outside storage
- Clubhouse preparation for installation of 2 five ton Desert Aire Expertaire series dehumidifiers to control air quality and humidity of clubhouse and pool area
- Repairs being made in the clubhouse to wood ceiling, lockers and exhaust fans
- Clubhouse skylights were sealed
- Outdoor keycard box made for front desk
- Building 800 walkway pillar & beam replacement/repair completed
- Building 600 renovation has been completed

From bingo to candle making to crafts, slime time and more; we have activities for everyone.
There are pool games, tournaments, crafts, and featured events. Whether it's creativity you want or excitement you seek we know you and your family will enjoy these activities while making new vacation memories.

OWNER SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS

With so many of you excited to make up for little or no travel last year and ready to enjoy mother nature and our spectacular resorts, we ask you to make your reservations as early as possible. We encourage all Owners to provide plenty of lead time when booking or banking their usage. We don't want you to miss out on your desired vacation.
To make it easy for you to book your reservation, we provide three ways to do so:
- Simply complete a Reservation Request Form, found on your Owners' website under FORMS
- Email us at [email protected] with your preferred location and dates
- Call us at (877) 842-3201. We are available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
