Dear Valued Ormond Beach Owners,
Summer is here and we could not be more excited! It is time to get out that bathing suit, dust off your flip-flops, and soak up some sunshine.
While you are out there surfing the waves or bouncing around in the pool, you just might get to see a rocket launch. Please check with our staff to see if a rocket launch might be scheduled during your vacation and then keep an eye on the sky looking south. They are especially magical at night from your balcony. This unique experience is just one of the things that makes our area special and makes vacations even more memorable.
This fall is our annual election for your Boards of Directors for Royal Floridian Resort and Royal Floridian South. At the same time, the Royal Floridian Resort Owners will have the opportunity, once again, to vote to change the smoking policy. The proposed change would prohibit smoking in all areas except for a designated smoking area. Please remember to keep an eye out for emails with instructions on how and when to vote. Your participation is necessary for a decision to be made one way or the other – please make your voice heard on this important matter.

4th of July Veterans Parade on Main Street
Celebrate Independence Day at the annual Fourth of July Veterans Parade in Daytona Beach. The event begins at 10:00 a.m. on Main Street at Atlantic Avenue and honors veterans and first responders with a lineup of nearly 40 military organizations, combat veterans, and local police and fire departments. Admission is free. |

Online Reservations - Book to Win!
Ormond Beach Float Owners can now make reservations directly through your Owners' Website. With this new online reservation system, you will have access to book your stay 365 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.
It is easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' Website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.
Make your next vacation unforgettable! As a valued Owner, you could win a one-week romantic getaway to Hilton Head Island, SC. To enter, simply book your regular reservation online within the next six months. The winner will be announced on February 14th, 2026.

While on vacation, please look for QR codes on key card holders issued upon arrival. In addition, all resort villas display QR code signage to provide easy access to your villa directory. Please look for these conveniently positioned QR code signs within your resort villa.
