Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival

 

Celebrate Hilton Head Island's spring from March 24th to 30th with a week-long fusion of global wines, Lowcountry cuisine, cultural events, and community spirit. Join us for the 39th annual celebration featuring celebrity chef showcases, wine education sessions, live entertainment, and the renowned Grand and Public Tasting events.

Easter Eggstravaganza

 

Join the fun on March 30th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Shelter Cover Community Park for a fun-filled Easter event! Enjoy free admission with an egg hunt at 11 a.m. Food and drinks will be available for purchase separately. Plus, bounce houses provided by Extreme Firehouse will keep the kids entertained.

 

Art Market

 

Each spring, accomplished artists from around the country participate in this outdoor fine art and craft sale. Stroll through artists’ booths under historic live oaks to find that perfect piece of original art to take home. Fine art and craft in all shapes, sizes, styles, price ranges, and mediums will be available for purchase during this weekend. The Art Market will be held April 27th to the 28th. 


Hilton Head Island Art Festival at Shelter Cover Harbour and Marina

 

Experience a weekend of art, shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Hilton Head Art Festival from May 24th to 26th. Explore diverse mediums including pottery, glass, wood, jewelry, and painting along the harbour and marina promenade. Admission is free, so come enjoy live local entertainment and indulge in the vibrant atmosphere and the beautiful sunsets if you stay long enough!

Online Reservations

 

Hilton Head Float Owners (Bluewater, Carolina Club, SFO - Spinnaker Flexible Ownership) can now conveniently make reservations directly through your Owners' website. With this new online reservation system, you'll have access to book your stay 360 days in advance or less, any time of day, seven days a week.

 

It’s easy to use. Simply login to your Owners' website to make your reservation and be sure you are current on your fees.

FEATURED RESORT IMPROVEMENTS

We are always working to improve your facilities and villas. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

  • The Activities Center outdoor pool is now heated for your enjoyment and comfort during cooler weather.
  • Select furniture has been replaced in the 6100 building.
  • Comfort height toilets have been installed in every villa for accessibility and we are wrapping up the installation of new toilets in the 6400 building.

Waterside

  • New fire panel equipment has been installed for added safety. 
  • New HVAC units have been installed in 15 villas to ensure they are updated and operating properly.
  • We’ve renovated the bridge crossing deck between the 5700 and 5400 Building to ensure safety.

Egret Point

  • The Egret Point pool has been refurbished with new white coating and new tile to keep it fresh and clean.

Southwind 

  • All Southwind villas have new composite back deck surfaces to prevent rot and decay. 
  • The exterior front doors are being refinished on all villas to keep them clean and fresh.
  • New signage in Shipyard directing Owners and Guests to Southwind villas.

The Cottages 

  • Select Cottages received new dining room sets to keep the villas updated. 
  • There is on-going exterior door painting as well as deck and stair repairs.

Carolina Club

  • Select Carolina Club villas have new composite back deck surfaces which will provide a safer and more durable surface than the old wooden decks.
  • New signage in Shipyard directing Owners and Guests to Carolina Club villas.
  • The Activity Center has received installment of new kitchen cabinets and counter tops as well as refurbished washrooms after required maintenance.
