Dear Branson Owners,

Branson is ready for the 2019 spring season! Looking back, the area experienced many changes in 2018 with various new shows and new attractions. 2018 was a record year for Silver Dollar City. In conjunction with the opening of the new $26 million Time Traveler, the world's fastest, steepest and tallest spinning roller coaster, the theme park drew 2,184,000 guests. Spinnaker Resorts experienced change in 2018 with the opening of the newly constructed Palace View Heights Resort Building 2400 and the completion of interior unit renovation in Palace View Resorts Buildings 200 and 300.

The people of Branson are eager to greet even more guests coming to experience all the Ozarks has to offer. The resort staff has been working hard in January and February preparing the resort condos and amenities in anticipation of your return. We encourage all Owners to provide plenty of lead time when booking or banking usage. This ensures that you get the most desirable vacation dates possible. To make your reservation, simply complete a Reservation Request Form, found on your Owners' website under FORMS, email us at [email protected], or call Reservations at (877) 842-3201.

Developer Owner Bonus Time

We hope that you make the most of your Developer Owner Bonus Time privileges. Please contact Owner Services/Reservations regarding availability and program details. Look for rates on your Owners' website under BONUS TIME. Here are booking windows by region:

• Ormond Beach - Developer Owner Bonus Time reservations can be made 30 days or less from arrival

• Hilton Head - Developer Owner Bonus Time reservations can be made 30 days or less from arrival. For fall/winter dates (November through February and excluding holidays), Hilton Head Developer Owner Bonus Time can be booked up to a year in advance

• Branson - Developer Owner Bonus Time reservations can be made 30 days or less from arrival. For fall/winter dates (November through February and excluding holidays), Branson Developer Owner Bonus Time can be booked up to a year in advance

Local News

We always have new attractions in the area providing all guests with new and fun things to do when in Branson. Just approved in late February, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk construction project will begin soon. The new attraction will be breaking ground where the Grand Palace Theater is located. The $51 million project will include a 46,000 square foot aquarium on 13.26 acres of land. Another family attraction in the area is Andy B's Bowl-Social. Located at the Branson Landing, Andy B's is a 10-lane bowling attraction with a full restaurant, classic table games, live entertainment, escape room and karaoke room.

For those looking for new dining experiences there have been some new restaurant openings. Long Horn Steak House has quickly become a Branson favorite and the new LandShark Bar & Grill at the Branson Landing will provide a new Margaritaville vibe on the shores of Lake Taneycomo.

• Interior wall painting has been completed

Resort Activities

Spring is in the air! It's time to broaden your mind and have some fun. The Activities team wants you to make new memories while you are on vacation.

Candle Making: Sooth your senses and make your own candle. You get to choose the look and of course the scent! It's a great item to take home and enjoy.

Jewelry Making: Make your own earrings with a matching bracelet and a necklace. A craft you will treasure with your family and friends.

Painting Crafts: Paint on your own canvas! You can choose a ceramic kitty cat planter to take home and put a flower in, a piggy bank to save your money, and a jewelry box to put the new jewelry you made with us. These are just a few options. All you have to do is just think outside the box.

Shows You Can't Miss This Spring!

The Hughes Brothers Theatre features the 'Hughes Music Show' from January - October. With more than 30 Hughes kids now in the show, the Hughes Brothers can claim the description of the "World's Largest Performing Family".

The Petersens are an award-winning bluegrass band in their eighth season of shows at the Little Opry Theatre in the Branson IMAX Entertainment Complex. In 2015, they received international attention when banjo player, Ellen Petersen, competed in the singing reality TV show, American Idol, and placed in the top 48. The family has toured throughout the United States, Canada, and recently completed their second international tour to Ireland in July. Audiences will be entertained as the band performs bluegrass standards, gospel favorites, and are sure to laugh at the sibling humor on stage. The intimate setting of the Little Opry Theatre and The Petersens will make any audience feel like a part of the family.
