Spinnaker Resorts welcomes Owners and Guests for their scheduled vacations in 2021. We are offering the highest standards in sanitization and cleanliness so our Owners and Guests can vacation with confidence. From check-in to poolside, many layers of protection are in place to give you peace of mind and keep you safe. Per CDC recommendation we are now recommending that our Associates Double-Mask or upgrade their mask to a very high grade mask for your increased safety. We will take whatever precaution possible to provide you with a safe environment that aligns with the safety standards and the expert recommendations for the defeat of COVID-19.

Masks/Face Coverings:

  • It is mandatory for everyone to wear masks/face coverings in all indoor public spaces and in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible

Physical Distancing:

  • Everyone should practice physical distancing (staying 6 feet from anyone not in the same party) at all times

Follow the Signage:

  • We strongly encourage everyone to restrict your elevator occupancy, follow the proper pedestrian flow and stand behind the acrylic barriers when they are present

Hand Washing:

  • We strongly encourage everyone to wash your hands frequently (for 20 seconds) and utilize the hand sanitizer stations throughout resorts

Contactless Interaction:

  • We have enhanced contactless interactions with utilization of acrylic barriers, contactless payment systems and digitized resort services

Declaration of Wellness:

  • We require all Owner/Guests to complete and submit a Declaration of Wellness party (for submission at check-in)

GUEST VILLAS:

  • Spinnaker has added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with EPA approved cleaning solutions

Public Spaces:

  • We have increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of common areas

Employee Training:

  • Spinnaker Team members complete mandatory Health and Sanitation Program training and have their health monitored dailyrecommend

In partnership with the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce, Spinnaker Resorts has taken a pledge that our resorts are taking the recommended steps to ensure safety for our patrons and staff. The state government and Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce identified a list of best practice recommendations meant to enhance public health and safety in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This seal demonstrates Spinnaker Resorts commitment to safety as a top priority.
