Spinnaker Resorts welcomes Owners and Guests for their scheduled vacations.

Wearing masks/face coverings is mandatory for all Owners, Guests and Spinnaker Team Members while on Spinnaker Resorts’ property. Masks/face coverings must be worn in all of our indoor public spaces and in our outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible. This is in adherence to the local ordinances in Hilton Head Island, SC; Daytona Beach, FL; and Branson, MO.

Safety for you

Masks/Face Coverings :

  • We request all Owners/Guests bring masks/face coverings for everyone in their party
  • It is mandatory to wear masks/face coverings in all indoor public spaces and in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible on all Spinnaker properties

Physical Distancing:

  • We request all guests to practice physical distancing (staying 6 feet from anyone not in the same party) at all times
  • We request that Owners/Guests adhere to all Stop the Spread signage throughout the resorts
  • On resort properties we have:
    • Restricted elevator occupancy
    • Implemented one-way traffic patterns and six foot distancing in indoor common areas
    • Installed acrylic barriers for indoor interactions where needed
    • Implemented additional measures in outdoor areas such as pool decks and pools
    • Limited resort amenities and Resort Activity Programs that do not allow for adequate distancing

Cleaning and Sanitization:

  • We encourage Owners/Guests to wash hands frequently (for 20 seconds)
  • We have installed alcohol based (60%) hand sanitizer stations throughout resorts
  • We have increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of common areas such as Front Desk, lobbies, public restrooms, pool areas, elevators, etc. using only EPA-approved cleaning solutions
  • We have implemented EPA-approved cleaning solutions for cleaning and disinfectant of condos/villas

Contactless Interaction:

  • We have enhanced contactless interactions
    • Removal of non-essential in-condo/villa items such as Condo/Villa Directories and have provided digital replacements
    • Utilization of contactless payment systems and resort services

Safety for our employees

Masks/Face Coverings :

  • We require employees wear masks/face coverings in all indoor public spaces and all outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible

Physical Distancing:

  • We request all employees practice physical distancing at all times
  • Physical distancing is enforced throughout our offices and we have reimagined floor plans where needed
  • We have reduced physical contact points wherever possible
  • On resort properties we have:
    • Installed acrylic barriers for indoor interactions where needed
    • Implemented additional measures in outdoor areas such as pool decks and pools
    • Limited resort amenities and Resort Activity Programs that do not allow for adequate distancing

Training and Wellness:

  • We require all Owner/Guests to complete and submit a Declaration of Wellness for every person in the travelling party (for submission at check-in)
  • We encourage anyone exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms to stay home and reschedule their vacation when it’s right for them and their family
  • Spinnaker Team members complete mandatory Health and Sanitation Program training 5 days before returning to work and complete ongoing training and reinforcement when at work
  • Daily health monitoring of Spinnaker Team members
  • Posting of Covid-19 Symptoms, Best Practice and Stop the Spread signage throughout all working environments
  • We encourage Team members to wash hands frequently (for 20 seconds)
  • We have implemented incremental cleaning and disinfecting of offices utilizing only EPA-approved cleaning solutions

Contactless Interaction:

  • We have enhanced contactless interactions
    • Utilization of contactless payment systems and resort services

In partnership with the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce, Spinnaker Resorts has taken a pledge that our resorts are taking the recommended steps to ensure safety for our patrons and staff. The state government and Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce identified a list of best practice recommendations meant to enhance public health and safety in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This seal demonstrates Spinnaker Resorts commitment to safety as a top priority.
