Travel Update

COVID-19 UPDATE: APRIL 2, 2020, 11:00 A.M.

Your Spinnaker Resort Operations teams continue to monitor the evolving coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. Due to the virus’ expanded growth and public health concerns, many reservations have been cancelled. We are monitoring federal and state government guidelines and will modify our reservation policies to comply with all recommendations and requirements.

Hilton Head Island, SC Resorts
All reservations for Bluewater Resort, Waterside Resort, Southwind, Egret Point, Carolina Club, The Cottages and S.R Hotel have been cancelled now through April 16, 2020.

Branson, MO Resorts
All reservations for Palace View Resort, Palace View Heights Resort and French Quarter Resort have been cancelled now through April 16, 2020.

Ormond Beach, FL Resorts – UPDATED
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued a statewide stay-at-home order Wednesday April 1, 2020 that will go into effect 12:01 am Friday April 3, 2020 and will last at least 30 days. In compliance with this order, Royal Floridian Resort and Royal Floridian South Resort reservations through April 30, 2020 have been cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the safety of our Spinnaker Owners, Guests, Operational Teams and local communities remains our focus.

Please note that any Owner Bonus Time or Owner Rental reservation will be refunded while the resorts are closed.

If you are a rental guest, your cancelled reservation will be refunded if your reservation date occurs during the resort closure period.
