FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SPINNAKER REWARDS

Owners need a minimum of 60 SRCs to redeem Spinnaker Rewards Credits for HOA Fees (Maintenance Fees). To redeem towards a future stay please review the Reward Guide. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you understand the Rewards program.

How much are SRCs worth towards my HOA fees?
1 SRC = $1 credit towards HOA fee allocation.

How Do I Use My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs)?
You can use Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) for HOA Fees or towards a future vacation. For HOA Fees, you need a minimum of 60 SRCs to redeem. Contact the Rewards Department at (888) 809-4054 for information on a future stay or review the Rewards Guide.

How Do I Redeem My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) Towards A Future Stay?
Please send an email to [email protected]. Provide your full name, Owner ID#, your preferred dates of stay (provide two or three options of stay since booking is based on availability) and the name of the resort. The Rewards Department will review your request then forward to Owner Services/Reservations Department for further review. Owners Services will contact you regarding your request.

How Do I set up an Exchange Vacation?
To take a RCI or II Exchange Week, send a request to [email protected] and we will review and forward your request to Owner Services/Reservations Department and Owner Services will contact you.

How Long Does It Take To Redeem Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) From My Rewards Account?
It can take up to 10 business days to allocate your SRCs to your account for HOA Fees. You will receive an email regarding the redemption.

Do My Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) Expire?
Yes. All SRCs expire in two years. Expect an email 5 -10 weeks prior to the expiration date and reply to [email protected] to redeem.

How Do I Know If My Spinnaker Rewards Credits Are Applied To My Account When I Redeem towards my HOA Fees?
Please contact Owner Services/Reservations at (877) 842-3201 and speak to the Accounting Department.

What Are Referrals?
Referrals are your friends, family, colleagues – people you think would benefit from visiting Spinnaker Resorts and learning more about Spinnaker vacations.

Where Can I Submit Referrals?
Submit referrals online by visiting spinnakerresorts.com and login to your Owners’ Website.

I Have More Than 5 Referrals; What Do I Do?
If you have more than 5 referrals, you can complete and submit the form multiple times.

Do I Earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits Immediately After I Submit A Referral?
No. It can take 4 weeks for you to receive Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) after a referral is submitted online or after a referral attends a scheduled in-person appointment for a tour or after referral does a walk-in tour.

Do I Earn Spinnaker Rewards Credits Immediately After My Referral Purchases A Unit?
No. You will receive Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) 90 days after your referral has purchased a unit.

What If I Don’t Know My Owner ID#?
For security reasons, please call the Rewards Department at (888) 809-4054. You will be asked a few questions regarding your account and then you will be given your Owner ID#.

Is There A Maximum Amount Of Referrals I Can Submit Per Year?
Yes. You may be awarded up to a maximum of 50 SRCs (per calendar year) for referral name submissions. This applies to Hilton Head, SC and Branson, MO residents only. Owners residing in the state of Florida are limited by the state law to 20 referral submissions per year.
