Hilton Head, SC; Branson, MO; Ormond Beach, FL, 5/29/2020 – Spinnaker Resorts, a leading provider of vacation experiences is pleased to announce that our resorts will open to Owners and Guests with scheduled arrivals starting Thursday May 28, 2020.
The safety of our Owners, Guests and Employees remains our top priority so we are taking every
precaution necessary to mitigate the spread of the virus (Covid-19) during this re-opening phase.
In adherence of CDC guidelines, local government and health officials, we’ve implemented an
extensive Health and Sanitation Program that focuses on safety through the wearing of PPE,
physical distancing, reduction of physical touchpoints, and incremental disinfection.
These are just a few of the many best practices Spinnaker has implemented at the resorts:
- All Spinnaker Associates will be wearing face coverings (PPE) and gloves where
appropriate and have fulfilled risk mitigation training (which will be ongoing). - Changes have been made throughout the resorts and our offices to allow for common area
occupancy restrictions, and physical distancing. - Floor plan changes, the implementation of acrylic Plexiglas shields and signage will be seen
throughout our offices and resorts reminding everyone of the new physical distancing
protocols and procedural requirements - In addition, we have converted print material to digital and have reimagined processes to
allow for more contactless interactions. - Common areas and villas will have incremental cleaning and disinfecting procedures with
EPA-approved products to ensure guest and employee safety.
All resorts will be operating with an increased focus on health and sanitation and will make
adjustments as necessary to make sure the health and safety of our Owners/Guests, employees
and community is our number one priority
