To locate your deed for a Hilton Head, Branson, or Ormond Beach property, follow the instructions below.
Once your loan is Paid In Full, the loan company will notify the Developer. The Developer subsequently notifies their Attorney that the loan has been fully satisfied.
Note: The timeline for this process is based on individual circumstances (I.E. initial notification from the loan company, funds to clear, etc)
Upon notification from the Developer; the law firm requires approximately 3 weeks to process the paperwork (I.E. prepare the deed and send you a copy of the deed to review). The deed is sent for recording. Within 3-4 months the original deed is sent from the courthouse then forwarded to you.
