Paper based Loan payment

• • Download the Account Surepay Authorization form for Checking Account or Credit Card Payments
    You can email or fax the completed form to us. The instruction as how to send it is in the form.

Loan payment by phone

• • You may make a payment by phone by calling our automated payment line at (866) 775-8953 and select option 2

Online Loan Payment

For online access to your loan:

1. 1. Click on my.equiant.com
   2. Enter your loan account number (12 digits) and password
   3. If you are not registered, click on “Create Account” and follow the instructions to register

Don’t know your 12 digit account number? Call the Loan Department at (866) 775-8953 and select option 2

After successful registration has been established you will have the following abilities:

• • To pay online
  • To view your loan balance
  • To request payoff calculation of loan for a particular day/month/year (Calculation is then provided)
  • To review payments and their application towards loan principal and interest over the life of the loan
