Where can I find the most current information for all Spinnaker resorts?

  • Visit the Spinnaker Resorts website www.spinnakerresorts.com for the most current information about resorts, local events, activities and information.

How do I bank/deposit floating usage time through the exchange companies II and RCI?

  • Association Fees must be current to bank with an exchange company.
  • Spinnaker Resorts Float Owners must contact Owner Services directly to request their week be placed into their exchange account.
  • Fixed Owners should contact their exchange company directly to request their unit be deposited.

How do I exchange to another Spinnaker resort?

What is Spinnaker Premier?

  • You are a Spinnaker Premier Owner if you own at any of these resorts:
    • Bluewater Resort – Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
    • Palace View Heights – Branson, Missouri
    • Royal Floridian South – Ormond Beach, Florida

What is Developer Owner Bonus Time/Owner Bonus Time (OBT)?

  • Developer Owner Bonus Time is an Owners-only benefit that provides deeply discounted rates for incremental vacations at Spinnaker Resorts.
  • Owner Bonus Time can be booked up to 30 days in advance, excluding Holidays and Special Events. Our Branson and Hilton Head resorts can be booked up to one year in advance from November 1st through March 1st.
  • Owner Bonus Time must be paid in full at the time of booking and reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded after they are confirmed.
  • 1 Bedroom Units are $100/night, 2 Bedroom Units are $130/night and 3 Bedroom Units are $145/night, plus tax. Owner 4Bonus Time rates are subject to change.
  • For current information, rules and rates view OWNER BONUS TIME 
  • Owner Bonus Time can be booked through Owner Services.
  • Please also watch for emails about further discounted Developer Owner Bonus Time promotions throughout the year.

What is Spinnaker Rewards?

  • Spinnaker Rewards is a free loyalty program from which all Owners can benefit.
  • Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs) are earned through various activities which can then be allocated toward Association Fees or additional vacations.
  • You can start earning SRCs as soon as you become a Spinnaker Owner and we track and manage your Rewards for you.

How do I confirm my resort and unit amenities?

  • Resort amenities are listed on the Spinnaker Resorts website www.spinnakerresorts.com
    • Go to DESTINATIONS, select the location, and then select the resort. You may also contact Owner Services for specific requests.

How do I confirm my resort Activities?

How do I rent an additional Unit?

  • Owners can rent additional stays outside of their usage week(s) at discounted rental rates by contacting Spinnaker Resorts Vacation Rentals at (800) 504-8823 to check availability and pricing.
  • Stays may also be eligible for Spinnaker Rewards Credits (SRCs).

How do I confirm weather during our stay?

  • While we wish we could guarantee perfect weather during your vacation, we recommend that you check your favorite weather site to confirm the forecasted weather during your stay.

What’s the Difference between Spinnaker Developer Owner Bonus Time and a Spinnaker VIP week?

Can I make a Developer Owner Bonus Time reservation over the phone?

  • Similar to your Ownership reservation, all reservation requests must be in writing.
  • You may call Owner Services at (877) 842-3201 and inquire about availability for a specified time you wish to travel, however, your reservation will not be confirmed until your written request is submitted and received. This is done to protect the integrity of the “First Come, First Serve” policy.
    • Your requests will also be documented in your Owner file for future reference and clarification. Email Owner Services/Reservations  with your request.

How do I pay my Association Fee’s?

  • Spinnaker Owners receive their Association Fee invoice either by email or mail (Owner’s choice) in November.
    • In our efforts to “go green”, we encourage Owners to request digital invoices (email invoices) instead of mailed invoices.
  • Fees are due at the end of January – the exact date is stated on your invoice.

How do I pay my Loan?

I’m a Royal Floridian Owner – Why am I getting billed for last year’s taxes?

  • In the State of Florida, property taxes are always billed in arrears. This means your 2023 Association Fee will include a charge for 2022 property tax.

Interval International

How long after my purchase will I be able to start using my Interval International (II) exchange company benefits?

  • It takes approximately 45 days for your application to be processed and for you to receive your membership information in the mail. If you have not received your information within 45 days, contact the exchange company directly. If your membership card has been sent, they will tell you when you can expect to receive it.
