Featured Local Event: Frozen
Experience the magic of Frozen on-stage at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, Frozen includes all the film's beloved songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, along with new music written exclusively for the stage.

This show is the full-length Broadway musical, running about 2.5 hours with shows daily  at 7:30 p.m. (except Wednesday) with 2:00 p.m. shows Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday through December 28th.

Your comfort and enjoyment are always at the heart of what we do. Lately, we've been putting special care into refreshing our villas and shared spaces so every Owner and Guest can feel safe, welcomed, and truly at home. Here are some of the updates we've been working on.

Bluewater Resort and Marina

• New Dectron Climate control system installed in indoor pool.
  
• All guest-facing public areas have been painted.
  
• Resort walkways have been pressure washed.
  
• Interior annual maintenance and housekeeping has been completed.
  
• Resort grounds improvements have been completed.

• All winter annual preparations have been completed.
  
• The quarterly roof blowing and gutter cleaning has been completed.

• New Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the living and dining rooms has been installed.
  
• Plush fresh carpet has been installed in the bedrooms.

• All bathroom faucets, including sinks, showers, and bathtubs, along with all shower heads have been replaced.
  
• Grab bars have been installed in every shower.
  
• Trim and doors throughout the entire villa have been painted white.
  
• Ceilings have been repainted throughout the villa.
  
• All outlets and light switches have been upgraded to white.
  
• All bedrooms are in the process of being refurbished.

Renovations in Progress at Buildings 5700 and 5800

Egret Point

• Fall pine straw application has been completed.
  
• Quarterly roof blowing and gutter cleaning has been completed.
  
• Annual housekeeping and maintenance updates are currently underway.
  
• Exterior wood repairs and painting in the 4100 Building are currently in progress.
  
• The 4100 Building flooring project has been completed.
  
• Installed new Luxury Vinyl Plank in the living and dining rooms of all
  two-bedroom villas.
  
• New carpet has been put down in all bedrooms of all two-bedroom villas.

Southwind

• Quarterly roof blowing and gutter cleaning has been completed.
  
• Exterior wood rot repairs and painting underway on Building 3100.
  
• All annual housekeeping and maintenance updates have been completed.
   

Carolina Club

• Completed fall pine straw application.
  
• Quarterly roof blowing and gutter cleaning has been completed.
  
• Duct work in Villa 104 has been replaced.
  
• Spray foam insulation under Villa 104 has been completed.
   
  

Cottages

• Fall pine straw application has been completed.
  
• Annual winter installations have been completed.
  
• All annual housekeeping and maintenance updates have been completed.
  
• Quarterly roof blowing and gutter cleaning has been completed.

Start your mornings strong with our 9:00 a.m. fitness classes, Monday through Thursday, at the Welcome Center/Activities Center. On Mondays and Wednesdays, enjoy Aquafit in our indoor heated pool, a fun, low-impact class suitable for all ages and fitness levels, with water weights and tubes provided. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, unwind with Easy Morning Yoga in the sitting room adjacent to the reception area, the perfect way to warm up on those cool Lowcountry mornings; thick mats will be supplied. Please remember to bring your own towel and water. Stay active and stay fit at Bluewater!
