Family Frights at Jamestown Settlement
Get ready for a spooky weekend of family fun at Family Frights at Jamestown Settlement! This Halloween-themed museum experience returns on Friday and Saturday, October 24 and 25, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. As night falls, the outdoor areas come alive with festive chills and thrills. Trick-or-treat your way through the museum grounds, create creepy crafts, play ghoulish games, enjoy face painting, dance to lively music, and explore hauntingly decorated houses and ships. It’s a frightfully fun night the whole family will remember.

The Family Frights are just spooktacular.

Lexi began his journey in 2000 as a Management Trainee and has grown into one of our most respected leaders. His role with the company has grown over the years as he has increasingly taken on more responsibility, going from Operations Manager at the Royal Floridian Resort to Executive Director of Resort Operations.
 
Lexi currently oversees resort operations across our Ormond Beach, Hilton Head Island, and Williamsburg resorts. His leadership has had a lasting impact on our teams, our guests, and our company culture.

We’re continually working to enhance your experience. Here is a recap of the work completed or started over the past few months.

• Dectron installation at the Aquatic Center Pool is nearing completion,
  enhancing comfort and air quality.
  
• Bathroom Ceilings in the Aquatic Center have been stripped and painted.
• The Steam Generator Control Board for Steam Rooms was replaced.
• The conference room lighting has been upgraded to enhance the functionality of meeting spaces.

Estates

• The Streetlights were upgraded with LED heads for better efficiency.
• Three AC coils replaced to improve HVAC performance.
• Trash enclosures were installed for a cleaner, tidier looking property.
• Flooring projects have been completed, giving Owners an updated and polished look to their villas.
  
• Bathroom grab-bar installations have been completed in select villas.
  
• ADA height toilet installations have been completed in select villas.

• Completed renovation of the tennis courts that included an all new surface and two pickleball courts.
