Tour Desk Agent

The Tour Desk Agent will be responsible for handling all tasks related to tour flow at the Sales Center.


 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Key holder responsible for opening and/or closing Sales Center.
  2. Greet all inbound tours.
  3. Coordinate Tour Schedule for Sales – identify slots available on Sales Rep schedule and proactively solicit tours from appropriate source (OPC, In-House and mini-vacs).
  4. Obtain referrals from tours.
  5. Make reconfirmation calls prior to arrival.
  6. Prepare arrival packets.
  7. Qualify guests upon arrival.
  8. Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all tours.
  9. Resolve concerns/challenges related to tour qualifications and gifting eligibility, distribute gifts as appropriate.
  10. Recordkeeping of tour schedules including data entry and updates of tour information in SPI.
  11. Cover other tour desks and locations if necessary or as seasonal volume shifts.
    Performs other related duties & special projects as requested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  4. Excellent computer skills to include MS Office.
  5. Attention to detail.
  6. Positive and friendly attitude.
  7. Excellent work ethic to include dependability, ownership of tasks to completion, appropriate sense of urgency, willingness to assist others and trustworthiness.

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS: 

  1. Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry.
  2. Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service.
