Owner Services Reservationist

The Owner Services Reservationist will be responsible for confirming and selling stays based on rental inquires. This includes, but not limited to: answering in-bound calls and answering questions related to possible rental stays. In addition, this position will respond to in-bound emails/inquires, all with the focus of meeting the accommodation needs and booking the reservation for the rental guests.


 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Answering Phones.
  2. Outbound calling and e-mailing in response to rental inquires.
  3. Handling Rental Reservation requests for Spinnaker Rentals.
  4. Quotes proper rates for timeshare rental stays.
  5. Provide information and answer questions relating to available properties and the surrounding areas.
  6. Posting required payments for the Rental Stays.
  7. Communicate clearly and precisely with management and other departments.
  8. General Customer Service.
  9. Administrative and other tasks as assigned.
  10. Assist the Owner Services Representatives as needed by answering incoming phone lines and making applicable reservations for Owners.
  11. Assist with Association Fee collection as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  1. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Prior experience working in a similar job capacity with reservations and/or customer service.
  3. Must possess outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  4. Must possess strong organizational and inter-personal skills.
  5. Must have strong attention to detail.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and the use of office equipment.

 OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS:

  1. Experience in the hospitality industry.
  2. Knowledgeable of Timeshare Industry.
  3. Knowledge of certain timeshare rules and regulations.
  4. Creative Problem Solving.
  5. Experience with SPI Software.
