Marketing Reservations Coordinator

The Marketing Reservations Coordinator will assist the Marketing Department with issues related to mini-vac reservations and cancellations for our company’s timeshare operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Handles general inquiries and customer service issues through email.
  2. Adjusts the tour and hotel quotas when needed.
  3. Pulls different reports to find incomplete bookings that need resolution and reports it directly to the Marketing team for review and resolution.
  4. Generates cancellations report to report cancellations and reschedules.
  5. Makes needed marketing reservations and confirms.
  6. Helps the Owner Services Department with exchange reservations that may need to made.
  7. Performs other related duties & special projects as requested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  1. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Must have excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  3. Ability to speak clearly and effectively.
  4. Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  5. Must have excellent phone etiquette.
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Ability to effectively deal with people and difficult situations.

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS:

  1. Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry.
  2. Prior experience in Customer Service or an Administrative role.
