JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage the department responsible for preparation, delivery and recording of timeshare interval deeds for all resorts. Responsible for overseeing ownership transfers; for internal family transfers, and third party transfers. Review and manage foreclosure actions for all resorts, deed backs of timeshare intervals, and assist with bankruptcy review

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Deeding Responsibilities within the department
  • Oversee Property Transfers
  • Organize and prioritize accounts for foreclosures
  • Create and manage inventory recovery process
  • Manage Bankruptcy records
  • Oversee auditing of internal classifications of accounts

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Prior management and process implementation experience
  • Prior legal experience to include knowledge of correct language used for deeding
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Excellent verbal, organization and writing skills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Dependability
