JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Attendant will provide sales tour guests individual breakfast, lunch, snack foods and beverages. Will clean and clear tables of food and will also sanitize all public areas of sales center related to guests/public.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, serve and clean up guests breakfast, lunch, snack food items and beverages
- Pick up and deliver catering
- Sanitize public/guest areas of sales center, food/beverage area & bathrooms hourly
- Clear & Clean tables after guests leave
- Re-stocking Food & Beverage items as needed
- Remind guests and staff of mask safety as needed
- Maintain organized inventory
- Alert lead and/or manager of inventory needs
- Order supplies & pick up when needed
- Participate in training as required
- Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
- Perform other related duties & special projects as requested
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong prior experience in Customer Service, Food & Beverage & Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain an organized and professional-looking workspace
- Excellent work ethic to include dependability, ownership of tasks to completion, appropriate sense of urgency, willingness to assist others and trustworthiness
