JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant’s position in Customer Service primary focus is the data entry of all customer service issues to the customer service log and data entry of activation deals into SPI and CRMS.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document customer issues and enter them into the customer service log
  • Enter activation deals into SPI and CRMS
  • Identify and raise any significant issues to management’s attention in a timely manner as to provide an opportunity to proactively resolve customer issues
  • Filing of documents
  • Performs other related duties & special projects as requested

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 60 WPM
  • Prior experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to have flexible hours

 

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
  • Prior customer service experience
