Blue Talon Bistro is located in Colonial Williamsburg’s Merchant Square. They are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This Fine French brasserie fare with some American leanings in a sunny, teal-&-tangerine space is a great place to feel refreshed while you replenish. When you visit, try the World’s Best Coffee and fresh-baked croissants.
Casa Pearl
Casa Pearl is one of the most unique restaurants you will find in Williamsburg, Virginia. This five-star refurbished diner is a casual, yet premiere seafood restaurant. Between the fresh seafood, gourmet tacos, and hand-crafted cocktails, you cannot go wrong when you visit Casa Pearl. The restaurant only seats 50 people so make sure you make a reservation!
Precarious Beer Project
Located in the center of Merchant Square, the Precarious Beer Project is an absolute gem. The lively, yet relaxing energy here is unmatched. With communal tables, it will be easy for you to join along in the spirits this restaurant has to offer. Leave enough time to enjoy everything the Precarious Beer Project has to offer; pinball, video games, air-hockey tables, shuffleboard, live music, and even movies playing on large projector screens. This is not your ordinary dining experience!
The Cheese Shop
Not far from the previous restaurant listed, The Cheese Shop is also centrally located in Merchant Square. This is a deli-style cafe and specialty food market that was a very large range of cheeses to discover. You can sample several different cheeses with a charcuterie board or go for a sandwich. The Cheese Shop is a fabulous place for the cheese enthusiast or the connoisseur.
Amber Ox
The Amber Ox Public House is our favorite restaurant in Williamsburg. It is fittingly located in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. The Amber Ox puts modern twists on traditional American dishes. From pork, shrimp & grits to pimento cheese, fried chicken, or ribs. One of our favorites is the maple-glazed pepper bacon. Not only is the food phenomenal, but the Amber Ox has their own selection of craft beers ranging from pale-ales to stouts.
