All we ask is that guests attend a 90 minute Sales presentation that is both
informative and enjoyable, and that you meet our eligibility requirements. There
is no obligation to purchase anything. Come see why over 35,000 selective vacationers

- Attendance of a 90-minute
sales presentation is required. You may tour / preview each resort only once
within a twelve (12) month period. A drivers' license and major credit card
are required identification for tour check-in.
- This promotion is designed
for couples between the ages of 25 and 75, with a combined annual income of
at least $55,000. Single couples that are combining their incomes must show
proof of cohabitation. Single females must have an annual income of no less
than $55,000.
- If married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the presentation together.
Details of Participation
- This offer is made
on a space available basis and is sponsored by Resort Sales by Spinnaker,
Inc. part of an advertising plan for vacation ownership. Holidays and peak
travel dates may be limited and additional charges may apply. Transportation,
incidentals, taxes and meals are the not included. Additional nights are available
at a discounted rate.
- No specific room or
view is represented in this offer. Accommodations are assigned on day of arrival.
Check in time at your hotel is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
A credit card is required for security deposit at check-in. Maximum occupancy
is four (4) guests per hotel room. No pets are allowed. Campers, trailers
and motor homes are prohibited.
- Failure to meet the
eligibility requirements will result in a charge of the standard retail value
for accommodations. Any premiums offered in addition to accommodations will
be honored upon completion of the presentation, provided the participant has
complied with the terms of the offer.
- This offer expires
no later than twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. You may not use
this offer in conjunction with any other promotion.
- This package is not
redeemable for cash and is void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State
and Local laws apply. The vacation package is transferable with the written
approval of Resort Sales by Spinnaker, Inc. The retail value of this package
depends on the room type, the time of year of travel and premiums received.
- Upon purchase of your package, you have fourteen (14) days to cancel the package without penalty. After fourteen (14) days you can reschedule or forfeit your package or monies paid.
