Check-ins for our resorts takes place at the Players Club Hotel & check-in time is 3 p.m.
All after hour check-ins take place at the Players Club Hotel. Also, Bluewater & Waterside Resorts have on-premise check-in on select days. See details on right.

From the North:select
- Take I-95 S and merge onto US-278 for approximately 15 miles
- Continue straight and take CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY (Cross Island Parkway $1.25 toll)
- Go through toll booth, road becomes PALMETTO BAY RD
- Continue on PALMETTO BAY RD through 2 traffic lights until you reach Sea Pines traffic circle
- Enter traffic circle and take second exit onto POPE AVE
- Turn Right onto CORDILLO PKWY
- Turn left onto DEALLYON AVE
- Players Club Hotel and Welcome Center is on the right

- Take I-95 N and merge onto US-278 E via Exit 8 (toward Sun City/ Beaufort/ Hilton Head Island)
- Continue on US-278 for about 15 miles

- Go through toll booth, road becomes PALMETTO BAY RD
- Continue on PALMETTO BAY RD through 2 traffic lights until you reach Sea Pines traffic circle

Waterside Resort: Check-In
On premise check-in is Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. only; otherwise, please check-in at the Players Club Hotel.

Bluewater Resort: Check-In
On premise check-in is Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. only; otherwise, please check-in at the Players Club Hotel.

From the North: select
- Take I-95 N and merge onto US-278 E via Exit 8 (toward Sun City/ Beaufort/ Hilton Head Island)
- Continue on US-278 for about 15 miles
- After crossing the bridge onto Hilton Head Island, continue on Highway 278 East at the first stoplight you come to turn left onto Squire Pope Road
- Follow the circle in front of resort and merge onto circle and follow to the third exit which is the entrance for Bluewater Resort.
- At the gate, press the "Phone Button" and Dial "01" for Gate Assistance.
- Once inside the gate, check-in will be at the Activity Center on your left which is open only on Sundays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- If visiting outside of Sunday between 4-9 p.m. please check-in at the Players Club Hotel.
