Reservation cancellations 45 days prior to check-in will result in a refund, less a $100.00 cancellation fee from your deposit. In the event the cancellation takes place less than 45 days prior to arrival, the entire amount will be forfeited. Any amount paid prior to arrival is considered a deposit.
