Ground was broken July 5, 2011, and construction of Bluewater's 6200 building is underway!
May 7, 2012 Update:
- Exterior painting and roofing finalized
- 2nd floor painting complete
- Installing exterior railings
- Scheduled opening, June 10th, 2012
These new Key West style units will be complete with:
- Fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and sit up bars
- Spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers and balcony walkouts
- Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
- Golf privileges at Golden Bear G.C. and the Country Club of Hilton Head
* The Activity Center houses an indoor pool and sauna, fitness and exercise studio, lounge and games room.
