Cancellation Policy
All rates are subject to change without notice. The resort will provide written confirmation of the rate when reservation is booked. All rates are subject to all state and local taxes. Reservation cancellations 45 days prior to check-in will result in a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee from your deposit. In the event the cancellation takes place less than 44 days prior to arrival, the entire amount will be forfeited. Any amount paid prior to arrival is considered a deposit.
