The Palace View Heights Clubhouse is now open and the outdoor pool, hot tub and children’s splash pad are finished and will open for use in the spring.

Within the Clubhouse are lounge, fitness and games area. The outdoor pool, hot tub and children’s splash pool are just adjacent to the building. Other amenities include complimentary use of the indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal), children’s playground and Spinnaker Activities.
