New Developments
At Spinnaker Resorts our philosophy is simple: build first class resorts, sell at a fair price, and maintain the facilities at the highest level so our owners experience exceptional vacations. We continue that tradition with our newest developments on Hilton Head Island, SC; Ormond Beach, FL; and in Branson, MO. All of these properties are Spinnaker Premier resorts.

Bluewater Resort & Marina provides the ultimate Intracoastal Waterway setting with exceptional amenities. The resort has a private dock for boating, kayaking and fishing and is one of the best spots for viewing sunsets on the island. An outdoor pavilion provides shade and a cooking facility. The Activity Center houses an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, lounge and games room.  An outdoor pool and hot tub are adjacent. Interior décor is Key West-inspired with all the comforts of home including granite countertops and Wi-Fi.  Phase I of Spinnaker's newest (and ninth) Hilton Head resort is complete (30 units – 2 and 3 BD) and Phase II (28 units) is under development and will open mid-2012.

Palace View Heights will contain exceptional amenities and be located right in Branson, within close proximity to the lakes and the vibrant Branson strip. Phase I (24 units) is under construction and will open May 2012.
