Full Time Flexible Days
This position will provide daily general supervision of Maintenance staff generally and as directed. Provide a direct link between labor and management. Assist Directors as requested. Quality control. Maintain and repair all equipment, perform preventative maintenance checks, oversee care and storage of tools, answer emergency maintenance calls, perform janitorial tasks, maintain accurate records of tasks performed by maintenance, etc. Must possess superior troubleshooting skills.

| Qualifications: |
One to two years supervisory experience, 3+ years experience in more than one of the following areas: Electrical, General Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing and Appliance Repair.. Must posess the ability to read and write English as well as understand written and verbal instructions and carry them out without direct supervison and be able to give written and verbal instructions. Must have excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, guests and the public. Ability to perform moderate physical activity and move/lift heavy objects as necessary. Ability to work a reasonable amount of overtime when needed and be able to respond for work within 20 minutes when "on call." Must have a valid SC driver's license in good standing. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. |
